Linda’s practice covers the representation of financial institutions, corporations, funds, REITS and other stakeholders in a wide spectrum of transactions in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law and Banking and Finance, in both domestic and regional markets.

In the area of Banking and Finance, Linda has acted in a broad range of banking and other fund-raising transactions (including project finance, debt and capital market instruments and structured finance) and debt restructuring.

Linda’s experience in Funds-related transactions includes advising fund managers, sponsors and investors in the establishment and structuring of real estate funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds and providing advice on regulatory compliance and licensing issues relating to Singapore securities.

Having had previous experience as an in-house counsel of a US multinational company, where she gained valuable insight and understanding from a corporation’s perspective, Linda is committed to providing strategic, commercial and effective solutions tailored to address the client’s specific purpose.
