Annabelle has undertaken a wide variety of transactions in the areas of Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Funds and Corporate Real Estate.

In the area of Banking and Finance, Annabelle has represented both borrowers and lenders for syndicated and bilateral loans and project financing, involving assets such as real estate, hotels, serviced apartments, oil and gas, and various industries encompassing real estate development, shipping and hospitality. Annabelle has also been involved in a number of corporate real estate transactions in Singapore covering assets ranging from residential, office, commercial and industrial properties. These transactions include divestments of a pharmaceutical plant, an industrial warehouse and high-technology industrial buildings to REITs, and residential developments. She has experience in both local and cross border Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, involving different industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences and media monitoring.
